Guided tour of the exhibition with artist Martin Janecký and curator Sylva Petrová on Tuesday 26 March at 17:00.
The exhibition presents the collaboration of a French tattoo artist Lionel Fahy, his wife Tal Agam (hence the AgamFahy connection) and Czech glassmaker Martin Janecký. The artists aim to create unique objects, to create new forms of original glass with a special message and content. It is about independent creative thinking, i.e. the artistic visions of a tattoo artist, a designer, and an equally renowned glass artist, who have combined years of friendship based on a similar generational setting related to punk culture, with a relationship to the art history and culture of other nationalities. They are visionaries of a kind, transcending the boundaries of the conventional, both in their respective fields, which they normally present themselves as, but also in this new joint work.
